We are looking for an Entry Level Technical Support Analyst who will join our Melbourne based support team. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for technical communication with our clients and provide effective solutions to the issues they encounter.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Document issues and requests clients make
  • Analyse, Research, and formulate solutions to the reported issues and requests
  • Work with the team members in improving the team performance

Main skills required for the includes:

  • Knowledge of using computers in a business environment
  • Understanding of basic network operations including LAN and WAN environments
  • Handling printing and scanning issues
  • Awareness of basic business operations in a Medical Centre

Some skills that are not a must but would be great if you have:

  • Knowledge of cloud computing environments - specifically AWS cloud services
  • Deeper knowledge of network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of front office and back office operations in a Medical Centre

Our office is located in Mount Waverley. There is plenty of free parking available. The train station and bus stop are only 50 meters from our office.

Remuneration is negotiable. Flexible work times and part-time work arrangements are available.
