While there are many SMS service providers with cheap SMS send capabilities, without an integrated SMS solution, the benefit of these systems become limited and require significant amount of manual work to make use of them.

Medical Wizard SMS is built in to the other Medical Wizard modules where you don't have to manually type in mobile numbers or names. In fact, most instances such as appointment reminders, you simply click on few buttons and the system does the rest. We have even included a tool to create standard SMS messages which you can pick from a list rather than typing them every time.

One of the unique features of Medical Wizard SMS option is that the patients can reply to the SMSs sent and the system process these replies automatically. This saves a great deal of time for the staff who will only have to check complicated SMS messages where the system could not automatically process.
